The mission of the Sedgwick County Appraiser’s Office is to annually produce a fair and equitable appraisal roll used in formulating the funding for quality public services in our community. The duties of appraisal staff include customer service, clerical work (including maintaining records and data entry), discovery, listing and valuation of real and personal property, valuation appeal meetings and a variety of other tasks.
